Mechanism
Minute amount of silver ions dissolved in water from NOVARON® AQ are thought to inhibit the metabolic functions of bacterial enzyme and suppress their growth.

Product performance
Example of application in washing water
30 g of NOVARON® AQ-24 in a mesh bag and polyester fabric were washed and dehydrated in an electric washing machine. Microbes on the surface of the polyester fabric are taken 3 hours and 12 hours after washing respectively and cultured on regular agarose gel medium.
